The Quantega Recruitment Process is a systematically planned process with 3 phases. In the first phase all the candidates who have completed the registration process Successfully will be going under Quantega Pre-Employment Cognitive Test. Quntega’s cognitive ability test is designed to measure an individual’s cognitive Aptitude Ability. We use this in the recruitment process to help predict a candidate’s future aptitude for the position.
In second phase candidates who qualify the first round will go for General Intelligence & Group Discussion. Personal Interview the third phase will be a formal discussion between the Quantega hirer and an applicant or candidate, typically in person, in which information will be exchanged, with the intention of establishing the applicant's suitability for a position.




  • Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for Recruitment as employees of Quantega. Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
  • Eligible and Interested Candidates are required to Apply online from Quantega site - by Registering and providing their Mobile number, Mobile number is mandatory and should be unique.
  • Enter a valid mobile number through which communication can be sent from Quantega. You can not fill more than one application form with the same mobile number.

  • Applicants Need to Login and complete their Profile by Giving Accurate and correct Answers for each questions and by Doing Online Payment of 1200 INR from Net banking, Debit or Credit Card. This fees will be non refundable.
  • At the time of registering you will be asked about Qualification Detail, Location & Language Preference.
  • All information given in registration form should be correct and valid, as all communication from Quantega will be based on that only.
  • After Registration, candidates need to confirm the OTP they get by SMS from Quantega to confirm their Mobile Number.
  • If you wish to login again to your profile, you can login using your mobile number, email id & password you created for your account.
  • The candidate need to fill Personal, Academic and other details like their preference and choice about jobs, exam center, etc.
  • The candidates will be asked to give three preferred exam location but the actual allotment will be in hands on Quantega depending on the availability of the seats at that location.

  • Shortlisted candidates from first phase are free to select 5 topics out of all given to them based on their interest, General topics would be given to candidates which are mostly related to jobs that they gonna do, topics would be given after they get result .
  • Topics would be mostly about global & current affairs Related to Economy, Business, Social, technology, Political, etc.
  • Candidates would be provided link to download the App to participate in GD.
  • App would be Audio-Video based where all would get 90 seconds as their turn to discuss own things. There would be multiple round.
  • There would be 10 to 20 people in group to discuss.
  • Duration would be 30 minutes to 45 based on group size.
